Are Indian Companies Expanding Too Quickly? Part 2

Time.com is running an article titled India's Call-Center Jobs Go Begging. The premise of the article centers on Indians no longer jumping at call center jobs. The line of work is beneath the best performers in the educational system.
The catch is that many of the lesser performing workers aren't qualified to do the job. But there is no end in sight for call centers - the local product and service industry is exploding. This creates competing jobs.
So the alternative is to outsource it again to other areas in the world. As I stated in a previous article, I think the method for gaining a foothold is fleeting - the basic educational needs aren't present. To see that article, it is available here:
